Cancel Subscription

If the administrator cancels the organization storage capacity plan subscription, or switches to an ad-free-only plan, the following situations will occur:

  • Existing documents and photos:

    • All documents and photos already uploaded within the organization will be fully retained and will not be deleted or lost.
    • This ensures the administrator’s data security and prevents data loss due to subscription changes.
  • File access restrictions:

    • Everyone in the organization will be unable to view or access documents and photos, and will also be unable to upload new files.
    • Normal access to and use of all files can only be restored after resubscribing to cloud storage capacity.

Recommendation:

Before canceling or switching plans, carefully evaluate file management needs and notify organization members in advance to ensure that important data usage and workflows are not affected.


When Downgrading from the 100GB Plan to the 1GB Plan

When the administrator downgrades from the 100GB plan to the 1GB subscription plan, please note the following rules:
