Cancel Subscription
If the administrator cancels the organization storage capacity plan subscription, or switches to an ad-free-only plan, the following situations will occur:

Existing Documents and Photos:
- All uploaded documents and photos in the organization will be fully retained and will not be deleted or lost.
- This ensures the administrator's data security and prevents data loss due to subscription changes.

File Access Restrictions:
- Everyone in the organization will be unable to view or access documents and photos, and will also be unable to upload new files.
- Normal access to and use of all files can only be restored after resubscribing to cloud storage capacity.
