- All uploaded documents and photos within the organization will be fully retained and will not be deleted or lost.
- This ensures the administrator's data security and prevents data loss due to subscription changes.

- Everyone in the organization will be unable to view or access documents and photos, and they will also be unable to upload new files.
- Normal access and use of all files can only be restored after resubscribing to cloud storage capacity.

When Downgrading from the 10GB Plan to the 1GB Plan
