Cancel Subscription

If the administrator cancels the organization storage capacity plan, or switches to an ad-free only plan, the following situations will occur:

  • Existing Documents and Photos:

    • All documents and photos already uploaded within the organization will be fully retained and will not be deleted or lost.
    • This ensures the administrator's data security and prevents data loss due to subscription changes.
  • File Access Restrictions:

    • Everyone in the organization will be unable to view or access documents and photos, and will also be unable to upload new files.
    • Normal access to and use of all files can only be restored after subscribing to cloud storage capacity again.

Recommendation:

Before canceling or switching plans, please carefully evaluate file management needs and inform organization members in advance to ensure important data usage and workflow continuity are not affected.


When Downgrading from the 50GB Plan to the 1GB Plan
